I was under the impression that i'd get Kurtz card after finishing the Hive Clean Up mission. Can any1 shed any light on this please??

No, you don't. In offline story mode, I think you get Kurtz's card after that mission. Allegedly. It's been a long time, I don't recall when exactly.

There's an actual reason as to why you don't get his Partner Card, but you'll have to keep playing through the story missions to find out.

I wanted Ethan's partner card so badly. With the exception of my PM he's the only competent NPC I've ever had on my party.
