I think they would have a bit of a hard time reskinning Olga Flow unless they completely change him into a different shape like they did with Falz.

Actually, the pannon would be hilarious. Imagine a Giant Pannon, like that, performing the Shoryuken manuever, like the little guys. Of course, using it against folks who it towers over. (Street Fighter: Giant Attack) would take on new meaning. (Most unusual hitbox ever)
