I would guess price would go down during the event while people can still find the feathers, but once the event is over and everyone is wanting to synth their Halp boards the demand will skyrocket and drive the price higher.
There's a huge overstock right now from the lottery, and demand hasn't gone up much. I don't see prices rising that quickly (if at all) post-event.
I dont think their prices will rise unless like some kind of S rank verion of Rabol rappy is released that requires that type of feather.
If you're a fan of the Formalwear, you'll need serafi feathers as part of the items needed to trade with The Clothier.
