What version are YOU playing on? 0_o; I'm on ps2/pc and you could get between 2-4 10* weapons with %s in the 20s for 13m. or you could get an 11* weapon. And plus, who cares about 50% 9* weapons?
Percents don't matter as much as they used to.

A Ranks grind easier, and on high ATP weapons a 50% with a decent grind can out do even 40% S ranks.
