Well you can diss me all you want but we (pc/ps2) should have gotten the pa exp change back in April 4th. But we didn't because they couldn't get the changes to the 360 exe certified in time. SOA doesn't like only holding 360 back when there's problem but are just fine the other way around (jaggo amures).

Yay, gotta love console wars...Also, I don't think the delay in the PA exp adjustment has anything to do with Microsoft, but more so SoJ giving SoA authorization to patch the US servers with it. If I recall, in-game system adjustments and changes to the game itself have to go through some red tape before they're initialized here in the States, which generally takes time. It's why ever since PSU launch, we've always have (and probably always will be) behind the Japanese in server updates.

Also, as far as when we'll get the PA exp adjustment...I wouldn't expect it until at least a couple of weeks AFTER the MAG extension period ends...and probably even longer than that knowing ST's track record.
