So I'm taking a character through offline Ult, doing the quests through Soul of a Blacksmith so I can get them this weapon that suits them perfectly. No problem, right? I didn't even die in the entire quest. So I turn in my materials and he makes the weapon... lo and behold, it's even got 45% Hit on it! Hooray!

...except for the circumstances. The weapon is a Technical Crozier, designed to be nothing more than a visual add-on for my FOnewm, who relies entirely on attack techniques for his offense. Great... I can be really, really accurate when I smack boxes open. -_-#
