why do u keep getting disconnected from the server?

everytime iam playing online i keep getting disconnected by request idk why can anyone help me?

That happens to me - usually when I lag a lot. I'm not sure what the exact reason is though.

I got a new router and had problems until I added my XBOX to the DMZ. I think the NAT the router used was screwing with my Live connection. But once I put it in the DMZ it's back to working fine. I'd try that.
