Later this year, but an official date has not been released yet. As far as requirements:
Fighmaster - Fortefighter LV10, Fighgunner LV10
Gunmaster - Fortegunner LV10, Guntecher LV10
Masterforce - Fortetecher LV10, Wartecher LV10

The Gm RubyEclipse said after the next event, which won't start until sometime in August according to them. So Maybe Early October, only 5 months late.
This. I was there when Ruby said that the classes should be released sometime after the next major event. Which is Dengeki.
