Different types of PMs

I just evolved a tech PM, and would like to know which one will both heal and cast buffs.

I remember there were information on them with in this website, but it doesn't seem to be there anymore.

I believe there is those informations on the Partner Machinery page from PSUpedia, but i'm too lazy to gib the link.
I have a GH452 though, and it uses Resta, and the ATP and ATA/EVA buffs, along with the one which absorbs the next three TECH attacks (i never manage to remember if it's Retier or the other one), but on herself only for this last one.
She uses buffs / Resta fairly often, i actually found out i almost didn't have to heal at all save against the most awful mobs like Jarbas. As for the offensive part, she only uses Lightning techs and SUV. Prepare for the neverending maniacal laughes if you go for this one, too.

Thats what I picked, I actually managed to find the info. For some reason, nobody casts the Retier or Deband. Unfortunate ...
