my Fortegunner is now lvl 114 FG20 and use rattlensnake with ground bullets and it still takes me ages to kill him, can anyone offer some tips please.

he's a bit of a pain for one. but what level are your bullets? and are you shooting his weak spots? i know this sounds stupid lol, but i have to ask.

well most i can say is since i dont know.

level your ground bullets to cap. most people dont know this for some reason but your bullets will do major damage if they're at cap. the weapon damage itself isn't nearly as good as the element% and the att% of the bullet. once your bullets are leveled (if they're not) you'll see a huge difference in damage.

also he's resistant to bullets in certain parts of his body so if you're not shooting his bullet weak spots then he'll be halving your bullet damage and making the fight take much longer.

Don't shoot his shoulders. Majarra him until his ass falls off (make sure you angle it so you're hitting his base AND an arm), then rifle his chest. The chest takes just as much damage as the shoulders, and has the distinct advantage of causing him to fumble occasionally while he's charging his moves.

Go for the middle of his stomach, its an easier spot to hit, you can use a spear or a saber because even with lvl 20 skills you should still be able to do decent damage to him.

I use Majarra, but prefer shotgun on days when he's PMSing and running all over the place. Level 40 shotgun and level 20 Majarra until the base comes off, then rifle to the gut.

I'd follow this. I tried it earlier, makes Magas alot easier. Still easily the hardest boss in the game thus far.

Well there you go,thats as easy as its going to get,you should just stick to your shotgun to take off his torso,hes actually the easiest part of the mission for me since all you gotta do is shoot him in his torso up close which then he usually misses all of his attacks except the up close attacks which aren't bad just stun you which I just use Stun/Resist and mates,then when his torso falls off just shoot his chest,after his torso falls off it usually takes like 6 or 7 shots from me and my ground rifle bullet is 16 with a solid power S,oh and my gunner is a beast but I doubt it makes that much of a difference. What level are you?

Oh nvm I just saw what level,well thats the strategy I use and he takes me roughly 3 - 4 minutes alone
