Darn i guess ill never get a chao heart that easily . most likely ill never get a chao heart bu i would like to know WHERE you get them.

Well, to get a Heart of Chao, you first need to trade for a Jack-'O-Lanturn. Once you have a Jack-'O-Lanturn go offline and do the trick to get the right mag cell you want. Voila. That's how I got my Chao and Chu Chu cells.
