What is the strongest dagger photon art can anyone help me out?
Buten Shuren-zan it only has two combos but the attacks does a fair amount of damage with(out) just attacks or counter attack.

Planning to replay PSP2 and prove to myself that the chaining mechanic do not slow down the pace of the combat. =/
Planning to replay PSU (ep1 and 2) for story and gameplay, PSZ and PSP2 offline mode Only Also I'm keeping my FC for psz up though the Network Mode is closed.

Yeah I prefer Buten shuren-zan as well.

The second part of Hikai is situational at best so there is no reason to use it often. Shunbu is a situational Dagger PA that can knock over medium enemies and is more effective than Rising Strike.
Start with Buten as it allows you to move around quickly and deal with groups of enemies but once you learn to use Hikai effectively it is the far superior Dagger PA.
