Wondering about the Scale

I had just got this in my room earlier today and I still was wondering about the units that are used to measure in. I'm sorry if this has been discussed already - I tried searching and came up with nothing. I was wondering if anyone knew if there is an actual comparison to the units used in game and real life? I remember seeing height measured in Rp and weight measured in Kv. It sounds so familiar to me but, I can't quite put my finger on it. A hand, please? 'Preciate it!

They came up with fantasy terms for centimeters and kilograms. To convert into feet into inches and kgs into pounts, there are 2.54 cms in an inch, and 2.2 poundss in a kg.
