Problem with milestones

Hey guys. im new to the forum
so my question is:
ive definately reached some of the milestones like doing 3 free missions or killing 100 enemies etc. but didnt get my reward, so can anyone tell my what im missing? please i realy dont have a clue what i overlooked~_~
i transferred my demo char...just if that makes any difference

Maybe a weapon or 2, or some Photon Art disks. I think.

i looked through my complete inventory and my whole pms storage...nothing to be found...
i got 0 laser kannons and i should at leas have the lazer pannon for the 100 monsters right?

You have to pick the option that says プレイ, then pick the last option to receive your title rewards. The next-to-last option lists the titles you've obtained, if you care to check that.

i already looked through all of those menues but somehop i never got the idea that i had to click on those milestones~_~ allways thought id just get more text"
one last question: what is purei supposed to mean?)cant type japanes characters...)

Play. All together, with those characters after that, it means "Play Record."
