Need some tips

I just started PSU this week, I played PSO on the regular Xbox but pretty much cheated the whole way through. So I guess I'm a noob at PSU, I don't really know what I'm doing.

I have a level 45 CAST. I'm not liking it so much, I'm looking to do the most damage I can, but it's not working out.

What is the best character class and type (Forte, etc.) that will have me do the most damage?

Also, what is the best way to get GOOD weapons? Which are the best?

I guess I kind of need a full guide to playing a certain class. If there is something like that link me, I already searched BTW.

Well... Melee classes do the most damage, regaurdless of race and gender. If you want to do the Uber amounts of damage go with either a fortefighter or, if you like double sabers, go with a fighGunner

For a CAST, I would suggest Guntecher or Fortegunner. CASTs excel with ranged weapons, so it would be best to go with one of the gunner classes IMO.
