A buddy of mine down the street has been trying to convince me to play too, says he'll give he a trial he has. Not sure what serve he plays on. >_>;

I think the only restrictions are that your level cap is 20 and that you can't trade with anyone. I'm pretty sure you can make as many characters as you want on whatever servers you want.
