hi i play on the 360 servers and every time i try to log in after the "awaiting response from phantasy star universe servers" i get an error saying "could not connect to phantasy star universe server. the server may be undergoing maintenance. please check the phantasy star universe official site for maintenance information" anyone else have this problem or any idea of how to fix it?

You aren't suspended, so it's most likely just your box. Check your internet connection. Refresh modem or router, whichever could be the issue.
