Yes it does. But they don't like to drop it for everyone.
It's quite rare but with a bit of time and patience, finding one should be easy.

Gonna start grinding sakura blast for it. i'd do hill of spores to take advantage of GBR, but I know know the spawn patterns.

wish i knew the sapwn charts for Hill of spores cuz Sakura Blast is just annoying me now. and to Ianvandam 9 Jigobooma's is nothing to my 60 (O.O) Killed JigoBoomas (all SB S2) on sakura blast.
