FragPA Deception
So, I'm not sure if this UPA has always been like this, I've never got it before until just now... But... Are they ever going to fix this?
It's pretty hard to see (had to convert that thing to utter crap)
Senten Kanzan-ga (a UPA for claw) Tonnio claims it's 25 frags <_> I say yes, I would like that... He goes "you tard, you only have 49 frags... this won't do" >___>
so I go and buy Hikai Shuha-zan (the UPA for dagger) for 25... and it works

never had problems with it...since basically i always carry 99 frags when buying PA frag Skills...
PA frags aren't that hard to get anwyays ;l
I... I know it's not really a problem <_> I have a few stacks of 99 myself. (I had bought Splendor, had 49 left... thought of some other UPA I didn't have, so I decided to get the claw one)
Actually after I finished that purchase, that completely all my UPA's for Skills and Techs (so many crappy bullet UPA's that aren't worth getting)
But my point is... he says 25 but takes 50 <_____>
