Vivienne doesn't drop, you get it after completing story mode

Well, I dunno what's up, cause First thing I did after clearing the game, and getting back on the game-clear file, was check my inventory, and there it was.

You have to receive it as a prize for a title from your Partner Machine.

Go to My Room in Guardians Colony (マイルーム)

Talk to your PM and choose プレイー, then choose the next-to-last option.
