Gemaga Dungeon has opened!

The download mission is now available, and I have to say its awesome. Its as close to an event as they can get on PSP I think! You need to kill 2000 enemies to reach the grand prize but like all Phantasy Star events it keeps your total after each mission, I've just ran it once and got an A rank at the end, killed 185 enemies but I think I took too long to get S rank...

Some things I noticed while running it...

- Its a 5 Block mission which is full of a WIDE variety of enemies, including the SEED Venas enemy (only available here, outside of story mode, I believe.) It ends with a De Ragnus boss fight.

- Every so often when you enter a room "Challenge Time!" will appear and you need to clear the room before a countdown timer on the screen hits 0, doing that seems to open warps to areas containing extra enemies.

- Theres a door in the mission that has a button to open it, however when you approach it a message appears and you cant push the button... Im wondering what it says.


Anyway its a great mission download it now!

Yea i dunno what it sez there nor have i been able to get it open.

I did just beat rangus before timer I used robopitch+10 pretty hard to do. After that boss fight you have to play magas magahana and then you recive alot of boss boxes. Got a few PAs and got a Blackheart and a 49% dark 12* armor.

I think by far this is the best quest ive played on PSP.

what class were you and what PA did u use?

Killing all 180 enemies during the mission, which means you must complete each challenge, will earn you an S rank as well.

Its the nade bullet that inflicts stun dunno what its called.

Yea i did get S i think i gave me a P sphere as well.

I'm pretty sure you get a Photon Crystal for getting A or B rank. My first 2 runs I did were rank B and then A. I checked my items just now an have 2 crystals that I didnt have before. This mission seems to be the best to get both Crystals and Spheres.

How are you supposed to get 2000? Is this 2000 supposed to count multiple runs, or are you supposed to get 2k in a single run? Because the most I've gotten was 150 or so, and that was getting all the challenge times, too.

Also, A-rank didn't seem to yield any crystals or spheres.
