can you get them in offline mode? i've been hunting for a while and i havent run into one jigo booma, well it least the aoti offline item guide says they drop the wings, but i dont wanna keep hunting if there never gonna show up, thank you for any help

They do drop. It is true, but it's just as hard to get on of those online to drop a Milla. Just veerrry rare. =3

Nope, they're just waaaaaaaaaaaaay easier to get in V1 offline.

No, they drop in Hill of Spores S from Jigo Boomas. I think you can use the same rare spawn chart on PSUPedia for Offline, since it's the same mission layout.
