I agree with the OP, google translate/babelfish doesnt do any justice to the sheer amount of gameplay information contained within. But from what i could gather, a lot of our questions about techniques and stats are answered in there.

Looking through your translation, I'm kind of interested in the concept of "limited occupation". From what I can read it might mean that classes that can use a limited amount of techniques (Humars for example) may be able to specialize in a certain type of technique and possibly learn higher levels than normal of it or may only learn techniques of their chosen type.

Of course this is all speculation at the moment based off the translation offered above.
