    yes supposedly because my group of 10 different ppl had our worst drops since this gbr started. And on a personal note i broke 4 differnet of striking tech and range wepaons today...all at 8/9 going for 9/9 or 9/10 going for 10/10 all new 12* and up soo..with this kubra luck i got screwed....
