If you're playing online, there is no need to copy any data. It's saved on Sega's servers. Just log in like before.
I don't play offline, I can't help ya with it.

In your documents folder, there will be a folder labled "SEGA" available after you install any of the PSU disks. Go through the contents of that folder until you see another folder called "BACKUP". Your save file will be there.
