Need a quick translation of two manual pages

Something tells me learning a little more about these pages will benefit us. Big things I wanna know is the first article on page 50 (the one that appears to be about trading and the third article on page 51 (the one with the options with three dots).

Item Trade:
You can only select this in wireless or Wifi-Friend mode. When those players who wish to trade select "Item Trade" at the the Hunters Guild personal counter, you can trade. Select an empty slot or meseta and decides on what item or how much meseta to trade. You can move the cursor to check the status of the other player's items. When both players select OK, the trade is completed and you are returned to the personal counter menu.

Player Assesment:
This option is only displayed in the main menu of the Wifi-Free mode. Assign the double circle to good players, the triangle to bad players, and the circle to normal players. This ranking will figure in to the matchmaking process.

Actually, it reminds me of the "prefer this player/avoid this player" system on xbox LIVE. I guess it is good or something.
