Reach Level 60, must be fourth evolution mag.

Whats the requirement for a fourth evolution? I have my mag (a Sato) at lvl 70ish but it only evolved 2 times (so is it third form).

I would like to confirm that it is possible to find a mag that is not a baby. I found one that was already lvl 20 with 20 ata.

I've found two in the wild; levels 17 and 19, with Hit and Def, respectively.
