Master force Power or speed

I am a masterforce and i cant decide if i should go red force and go for damage or use a har smart or har quick and go for speed which one is better?

General opinion is that speed is always better on a FO type due to the fact that techs take so long to cast. The only place I don't see this holding true is with hold spells like Dam or Nos series.

Har/Smart. Speed is especially important for a MF because your HP is so low that you need to be able to keep enemies flinched so they can't attack you, and also to dodge enemy attacks. I prefer Har/Smart over Har/Quick because it doesn't have a TP penalty and because the shorter range is actually good for ra-techs. If you can't find/afford a Hart/Smart, settle for a Har/Quick for now.
