Rare mission theory

Hiya all,

I'm pondering if the chances of a rare mission are higher depending on your character's home planet? I've noticed that with my 2 beast characters FOI has appeared so many more times when i'm doing moatoob runs, I know once a rare mission ahs appeared you can go to any planet to do one of the runs. but its happened so frequently now i'm convinced it can't be a fluke.

Alot of times before i've even completed a run, and I don't even have max luck i'll go to start my first run and FOI appears its awesome, I was doing System defence all night yesterday to level my PM and FOI appeared 5 times in 30-40 runs. Although twice my internet connection DC'd half way through the run :'(

interesting you say that. i seem to recall finding the shaft quite a few times as my cast through the parum gbr. heck i got it 3 times straight after each other then found it again after every 4-5 runs after that

It's just pure coincidence, your character's home planet does not affect the rate at which you find the rare free mission.

You never know though? Nothings been proven with the rare runs, i'm not gonna discount anything. I'm gonna try with my CAST character on Parum too and see what I come up with

I don't happen to be bored with the game, and I too have a similar experience. Once I get the Forest with my beast, it pops up every other run after that. That hasn't happened with my cast character on Parum as well.

Actually, now that somebody points it out, it makes a little sense. My main character, Crimson Knight, has his home room in parum. And while i was on him leveling up every 5 runs or so i would go to room->parum east->flyer base and would have the rare mission. Then, of course, go to neudaiz and run em.

Then after getting him to 150 i started on my beast, and techer, who both have their rooms in Guardians colony and havent gotten it once...I think you bay be on to something

cause it would be completley be unfair to base chances of rare mission off of luck, or else i would never get it! Now, if only there was a pattern/order to casino

Naw Desujet i'm not bored with the game, far from it i'm playing more PSU atm than ever, its not really ridiculous as nothing has been prooven with rare missions, if something is said most people like yourself disapprove becuase you think that nothing affects the rare mission appearing. But like I said nothing is impossible so odn't be so closed minded about things m'kay?
