Its the only one website phantasy star related that doesn't suck that manages to always stay up. Yet, its always the last one to get drop rates or what drops it. WHY WHY WHY!
If you're talking about PSU, I don't know of anyone that has any reliable drop rate statistics for this game. As for drop information, it is kept up to date with the current state of the US game. If anything changes, it is typically added within a day or two.
If you want to contribute some information, feel free to use the item submission form.
The PSP section has no drop information and last time I changed anything it didn't.
If the main information section doesn't have that information, you can often find it in the forums. For example, there are two PSP drop chart topics in the Phantasy Star Portable forum:
