Can anybody confirm if these are dropping?

That says that 168 Bil De Melans are in the mission, I'm just not sure if we can find them yet, or of thats in a later part of the mission thats unlocked. I just figured since we have Bil De Vears in what we have already, that they should be there. Anyway, just wanted confirmation, since I haven't seen any in the market, though they might be over a stack anyway.

Since it's not this week, I would guess either when the Fourth Seal comes out, or the week after.

This should be in the first update to the side story mission, but with the current tier of rewards not showing the possibility of unlocking it, it isn't known yet when it will occur. I'm guessing it'll either be in a potential third tier of rewards or just given to us during one of the event updates.
