PSU Best settings?

since im on high settimgs, since you can see, what do you think im running?

You're running on frameskip3, which means you're getting 15 frames per second.

Not really. As far as I know it won't do anything if you're under 60fps anyway. Also it's forced on if you play windowed mode I believe.

i usually play windowd mode, cause it runs on my laptop way better than fullscreen, that is until i "fixed" my vod card settings and whatnot. so now its the other way around, PSU runs and looks soo much better on fullscreen now. and i really dont notice the V-sync as you said i wouldnt.
