Is there any validity to the rumor going around about the PM -groll items creating an error in PMs, or is this all just myth?

Rumors are rumors. If you feed PM with it, it raises whatever stat it's set to. The PM rolls have icons of their respective type. If that's what you think is the error?

Something about a PM raised by PM -groll having their synthesis results messed up. I seem to recall someone saying that you couldn't take an item out after it was synthed.

my tech striking pm was reset and raised with 30% fighgrolls i havent had any problems if anything she's gotten better

Is there any truth to that if you give a PM the proper -groll WHILE it is synthing that it will come up a better % ? That's more like a bonus than an error but I've really heard it going around a lot.

I don't put much stock in it because for a while people were saying the 'freezy pops' would do ice % better and that ended up as nothing too.

The Groll items were glitched when they first came out, and eventually led to a rollback because some players who kept them in their inventories would log onto their accounts the next day to find all their items gone. I still have some screenshots from when I first got one... they didn't have any item descriptions on them... O_o;

They should be safe to use now, though. Any of those rumors about feeding your PM something while it's synthing something is just BS and superstition; currently, there's no way to influence the elemental % that your PM comes up with for the weapon you're making. The only real way to do that is just to synth the same item in bulk until you get a high-% one.
