Aoryu on aoti for console or just psp?

Aoryu--does that exist on aoti for console or just psp? the description only says, only availiable on local phantasy star universe servers

It's PSP only still, the description says unavailable on local servers, not available.

A version of Aoryu is available on the Japanese servers (Aoryu Seal, if I remember correctly), but isn't available on the regional servers yet.
