Currently, they're available only on the JP PC/PS2 servers. They drop from De Rol Le in Awoken Serpent S-S2. You can also get them by trading in the raw version of the twin saber to Bruce with some cooking materials at the exchange mission "Security Dept.: Delivery." From my experience with this, however, you usually end up with the "well-done" version of the weapon. I've gotten loads of Beeftaber Wellda from this method...

im glad to hear we dont have to get the damn things to 10/10 to see them change. LOL

i prefer the wand myself, esp the wellda version the smoke that comes off is great LOL
