Your favorite invention?

Just wondering, what is your favorite invention, and who was the inventor?

My favorite invention was the Wireless Telephone-created by Nathan B. Stubblefield, in 1892.
Why?- Because not only did it have an early start, it helped with cell phones, something I would nearly die without, but it also it's helped save many lives, during the 1060's+ (remember in Lethal Weapon, dude had a phone the size of a backpack, that's a wireless phone)
