JP PC/PS2 content update for June 18

Seasonal Event:
-Sonic Lobby will be up until the maintenance on July 2.
Guardian's Advanced Mission:
This update brings us Sacred Stream/R, with the following restrictions:
-Player delevelled to lvl20 for the duration of the mission.
-EX traps disabled.
-Slicer disabled.
-Equipment ban on ALL units.
-Additional BONUS(it's random too) condition will be placed on players midway through the mission.
Several notes below the mission state that this mission was originally intended for Third Stage, but since they screwed up the balance, it's now Second Stage instead. Also something about operating switches during the mission changes your random bonus condition or something.
Bodyguard Dept. Exchange Counter:
-Additional items will be added to both the Trading Post and Meat Drop-off missions.
Supervisor's Office Standy Mission:The following items added to the Bodyguard Dept. Trade Mission this maintenance:

Sprac+Photon Booster = Sonic Splendac(S rank whip, 33% dark)
Cutie Baton+Heart Key(2)+Photon Booster = Pretty Baton(A rank double saber, 44% fire)
Caelum Feather+Photon Fluge+Rei Photon(30) = Caelum Fluge(B rank sword, 44% ice)
-Standby mission to be added to the GC counter, so you can actually find people to play GC missions with!
-Players with a white name may not enter this mission, so there!

Photon Arts Balancing:GAS related stuffs:
The new enchants are 3AP each, Multiple Parry/Wild Burst will set you back 5AP, and World Plus appears to be Beast ONRY.
Special Ability caps have also been raised to Human 6, Beast/Newman 5, Cast 4.
Maximum level on all existing Special Ability customs is now lvl2, and cost 4 AP for the first level.
Basic Types removed from the Type Customisation menu, for obvious reasons (they have no customs).
Type Restrictions:
Only the following may use Just Attack Damage+:
Fighgunner, Guntecher, Wartecher, Fortefighter, Fortegunner, Fortecher, Protranser, AcroFighter, AcroTecher, Fighmaster.
Only the following may use Just Counter Damage+:
Fighgunner, Guntecher, Wartecher, Fortefighter, Fortegunner, Fortecher, Protranser, AcroFighter, AcroTecher, Fighmaster, Gunmaster, Masterforce.
Only the following may use Attack/Support Range+ customization:
Guntecher, Wartecher, Fortecher, Acrotecher, Masterforce.
The following Photon Arts and NANOBLASTS(?!) will be rebalanced.
-Anga Redda 3rd combo power up, PP usage down, accuracy up!
-Gravity Break 2nd and 3rd part of the combo powers up, PP usage down and accuracy up!
-Regrants Damage reflux reduced!
New Item:
-New weapon (some sword), technique (Lentis), and synth mats to be added, among other things.
-Casino items rotation.
