My school counted 0-4.0. (extra college credits on top of your HS credits would get you a 4.2).

Also, yes, a police officer can enter the house to apprehend you if you're walking away from them. It's not like they're Joss Whedon-style vampires or something. However, if they don't have probable cause, they can't enter.
