    Default Help error 56-1

    accidently turned my comp off while playing and now when i go to log in i just get this:



    any ideas? cheers

    Thats something you need to send to Sega itself about. It sounds like a ban, which may have been from a timestamp error.

    Try sending in a ticket at help.sega.com

    Check your IP / Mac and make sure nothing has changed or that you're running on a proxy. Sometimes spoofing these will result in this error message.

    If that doesn't fix, then as the above posters have said - drop a line to http://help.sega.com with your char name, partner card # (200... etc) if you have it, and specific details on when you first noticed you couldn't log in.
