Illuminus Coat...need help...

I can't seem to find it at all on any of the moatoob rank S missions. With my Human Acromaster i can find a ton of them. But with my Newman Masterforce its insanely difficult. I have done over 50 moatoob missions and i haven't even found one yet. Any suggestions? Does it have anything to do with my Race or Class?

Btw if anyone could tell me what the strongest wand and rod is in the game and how to obtain it I would appreciate it.

Pretty much disregard everything I just said. I didn't realize I went into PSP section. I had a blonde moment....DUH

Are you talking online or story mode? As far as I know the Psycho wand is the strongest rod in the game with a Dallgunrod coming in second and Gao rod 3rd...I think. Give it a little and one of the better MF players can verify and let you know of any advantages/disadvantages of the rods

Any race can get anything.
It's the class you have to worry about.
I have an illuminous coat, do you play online through the Ps3 or Xlink?
I don't but, I can set up the Ps3 thing and give it to you...I wont use it.
