I cannot get on PSU... or official page or forum...

Can't log on (Xbox 360). Can't go to forums.sega.com. Can't go to phantasystaruniverse.com... "Oops! This link appears to be broken." I don't see anybody here talking about it, so I am hoping it's not just me... worked fine last night.

I did not change any settings on my router. I've tried resetting both router and modem. Those are the only two websites I can't get on, and when I try logging on both the main game or the demo, they both say, "Connection to Phantasy Star Universe server failed. Disconnect Retry"

i've just been on the forums and PSU (on PS2) is working fine for me.

sounds like ISP conflict latency problem some had the last time but so far it seems as an isolated case as I'm logged on right now and see the usual population on univ 1.

Well, just try logging on again later it might just go away, but if it persists then submit a ticket to Sega PSU In-game support with your acct. ID# and ISP info, also mention the website not loading up.

I cant log in either its been going on since around 2AM est But for my its PC/PS2 and i cant go into the official website

Still can't log in...Hour 23 I tried Resetting my modem. I tried logged into my PC and I tried logging into my PS2 I even tried plugging my PS2 directly into the modem =\

You're in New York too... maybe that has something to do with it.

Update: I was able to use a proxy server to say I was from elsewhere and it let me log onto the main websites and I was able to send Sega a ticket. It seems to be on their end.

Im kinda glad that i wasn't the only one affected by it. Im still affected buy it as of 1:22pm 10/16
