Taken from the cut-scenes (UMDgen'd ISO, open movies with PMFplay): looked like Mother Brain to me, with that emo HUmar guy from the opening as the main villain for the end-game cutscenes (one for each of the two endings).

...well, four bosses, split up over the three acts of chapter 10. In act 1, you go up against Dark Falz, then in act 2, you fight Shizuru. Finally, act 3 ends with battles against Olga Spiritus and Olga Angelus.
