According to updates on the official blog and official site there were users were banned during yesterday's maintanence. They were banned not for cheating but for using sexual language. PSP2's ToS includes statements against violent or discriminatory language, slander, and sexual acts as well as acts that go against "public order and morals." Essentially, those looking to get a little cyber action by posting naughty things in the comments section of the room were banned. No cheaters this time around it seems.

Where do you fit on this graph? I do think it's kind of funny that there are still a large number of users at the 11~20 level. Sakai also mentions that they took data on sex, race, and job but that it didn't really change a whole lot since last month so he didn't post the data.
