Question about Weapon Shop Items

I know from the phantasy star universe wiki that in PSP2 the weapons in the shop are set unlike in PSP1, but i checked out the elements of the weapons and i could be wrong but i think i saw the elements on some of the weapons being different.

have they set it up so that the weapon elements change at set intervals?

I think elements on items in the shops are based on time.

yeah i did some observation myself and it looks as if the elements of the weapons change every few minutes
