I have them on all of my armors, ever. single. one. and yes, i have it equiped.

Remove them and re-equip them.
Change your class to anything else and back to your original class and re-equip them.

If none of that works, we can just chalk it up to bad luck/hax.

I finished the game and got the White Wings. But I can't equip them. Is it because of grade, or because i'm a cast?

To equip units they have to be the same or better grade armor as the unit itself.

Since the Wings from completing story mode is a S rank unit, you'll need a S rank armor to equip them. You can't equip S rank armors until you're 65.

Also, only SUVs and Mirage blast units are race specific. All the other units can be used by any race.

Nope, you need to complete 7 missions that normally take 10+ minutes for a good group to complete within 2 minutes and 30 seconds
Nah, it's 2 hours and 30 minutes. I got that reward first run through

You have to clear all 3 side stories, since it requires NPC's that you unlock from 'em.
