Yes, that Yasminkov is a highlight of my RAcaseal. She WOULD be maining it, if it weren't for the fact half the areas resist range, in which I have to pull out my Frigiand and slice some fools up with it. >_<

Soul only affects the weapon's ATP when at critical HP, not the overall damage like Celeb/Life, so not entirely. : /
