I know but i got it in a trade, From someone on GF, i think it was just lucky..
In that case, there's a 99% chance it was hacked... <_<

Hmm, maybe. But it traded fine, soo i'm happy.
hacked items within bounds can still be traded. if it had lv 6 elem with % over 65 or something, then it wouldn't trade

Actually, I dunno about that. I'm pretty sure only being grinded above the grind limit prevented it from being traded, but I obviously can't exactly test what can and cannot be allowed to be traded. <_<

I didnt know if it was hacked or not, and it seems to be legit, as the person was using it within a group of 4, and he wasnt doing obscene amounts of damage or anything like that, he died once and was weak on magic (resta).
To say its pure luck is just absurd. I agree, that it may be hax since the fact that its still unfortified with those %'s.
Unless someone else comes with a legit weapon that also has 150+% worth of stat, u dont have the benefit of a doubt.
Well it wasnt mine till about an hour ago, and i was supspicious of the %'s so it's not going for trade, it's going to the vendor!
