Multiple endings?

I heard both games have multiple endings, so now I'm wondering how you get the different endings?

Both games have multiple endings. PSP1's endings are based solely on the conversation choices you make with Viv. PSP2's endings are based on not only your conversation choices but (possibly) the ranks you get in story mode.
