While Shogai has had the info about the new download quest up for a little while, the official site and official blog have been updated with information about it.

This mission is not your everyday mission. It's a sidescrolling beat-em-up! The camera angle is set to the side and you make your way through the castle up to the top, fighting Rouges, Little Wing agents affected by a warp field, the Vol brothers, and Shizru! I don't see anything about difficulty levels though but if items drop the same way they do in free missions, this could be a good way to try and farm Rengokutous from Shizuru.
Yes, that is a boosted Shizuru.
As you fight your way through the castle, you'll be able to collect tickets that you will be able to use to exchange for items like Setsuko's Frying Pan Set, the Dream Fisher, Crea Doubles, and the Raigdas Storm. However, these items will come at random unfortunately.
And lastly, there's even a "special stage!" Beat up Bruce's cargo ship!
A brief message about Bruce
According to the official blog, the 3rd edition of Bruce's trading mission has been scrapped and the items that were planned to be distributed in it will be distributed in this mission and the next one.
