What elements can it get and what is the maximum level it can get? Many thanks for your answers.

Max grind is 30.
Unsure of elements it can come with and their lvls, if any.

Hocho is set as a no element weapon.

Edit: I guess I am just unlucky then. I let the sewer shop reset 6 times just to make sure, and every time the Hocho did not have an element. While the PA and the %'s changed, that was the only constant.

Theoretically it can have any element up to level 3. That being said, much resetting and time changing was done back in the day on GFAQ's and only one person ever claimed to have found risk on it; never life, soul, or most importantly celeb. Also, there's been no one to find one with a level 3 element, despite that being the theoretical max for swords.

Therefore, as I understand it, Hocho grinds to 30, can have any of the three sword PA's, and may come with any random percents, as well as any element aside from celeb, life, and soul, with only a slim possibility if any at all of risk. Also, the element can only be up to level 2, and cannot be changed through element synthesis.

Also, it was supposedly proven (read: claimed) that the shop stock can be manipulated on 10 minute increments, going either forward or backward. Such that on a given day at a given time the shop will always have a certain stock of items, and if at a later day you set your DS clock and date back to that time those same items will be there.

EDIT: Just saw Legion's post. It is quite incorrect, as I can personally guarantee you Hocho can have element levels up to 2 in semi useful things like Heat.

I see...Thanks for your input. Oh well, a level 3 celeb Hocho would have been so funny: imagine a FOney (maxed in ATP) using OE and doing decent damage.

elements i've seen on Hocho:

Ice
Dark
Stun
Heat
Risk

the max i've seen of any of the above is level 2. i have yet to see a celeb or life and therefore does not exist

I'm almost certain I've seen a level 3 Hocho in the shop at some point. I've got some free time later, so I'll do some experimenting and let you know what I find.

This is from around 100 tries. The odds of an element appearing at all seem to be between 10-20 %.
